At KIWA Jewellery, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Shipping policy
Once we receive your order we check our inventory just to be sure it’s available due to the dynamic stock situation at our brand, if it’s avaiable we will then only approve the payment from your side and ship the parcel via Serbian Post up to maximum 3 business days after the payment.
The delivery of a “cash on delivery” or payment by card parcel within all of Serbia arrives within 2 business days maximum after we ship the parcel via Serbian post.
The delivery of the parcel worldwide usually takes between one to two weeks worldwide and depending on your location. From our experience. we are quite happy with the Serbian postal office operation as it has proven fast, cost worthy and dependent and this is why we use it for our shipments. You will also receive a mail with the tracking code for a worlwide shipment.
Customs and tax are the responsability of the buyer. Inform yourself of your order country customs and tax policy.
Returns
As per the Serbian laws, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it without specifying the reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send back damaged products unless its because of the production fault.
Your item doesnt need to be in the original packaging, but it should be protected from transportation hazards at the very least.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and the form at the bottom of the page needs to be filled out and sent either with the shipment or to kiwamode@gmail.com
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit usually immediately or it might happen within a maximum of few days, depending on your bank and card issuer’s policies
If your return is not approved, we will state our reasons and send back the item to you in which case you will bear the shipping return costs.
Shipping
Shipping costs are refundable only once. If the item is rejected and sent back the customer will pay the shipping costs on return.

Politika refundacije novca i isporuke proizvoda
Mi iz KIWA Nakita, želimo da budete zadovoljni svojom kupovinom. Ako niste u potpunosti zadovoljni svojom kupovinom, tu smo da pomognemo.
Politika isporuke
Nakon što primimo vašu porudžbinu, proveravamo naš inventar kako bismo bili sigurni da je proizvod dostupan, s obzirom na dinamičnu situaciju sa zalihama u našem brendu. Ukoliko je proizvod dostupan, odobrićemo vašu uplatu i poslati paket putem Pošte Srbije u roku od najviše 3 radna dana nakon izvršene uplate.
U Srbiji isporuke putem plaćanja pouzećem ili karticom stižu na adresu najkasnije za 2 radna dana od trenutka kad opremimo pošiljku uslugom Pošte Srbije.
Za sve Isporuke van Srbije, paket obično stiže između jedne do dve nedelje širom sveta, u zavisnosti od vaše lokacije. Na osnovu našeg iskustva, veoma smo zadovoljni radom Pošte Srbije jer se pokazala kao brza, isplativa i pouzdana usluga, zbog čega smo se odlučili za nju kao našu jedinu opciju dostave.
Takođe, dobićete e-mail sa kodom za praćenje u slučaju da vaša pošiljka prelazi granice.
Carina i porezi su na teret kupca. Informišite se o carini i porezima u zemlji u koju poručujete paket.
Povraćaj
Po zakonu republike Srbije, imate 14 kalendarskih dana od datuma kada ste primili proizvod da odustanete od kupovine i vratite proizvod bez navođenja razloga
Za povraćaj, vaš proizvod mora biti nekorišćen i u istom stanju u kome ste ga dobili prilikom kupovine. Molim Vas nemojte da vraćate proizvode koje ste oštetili.
Vaš proizvod ne mora biti u originalnom pakovanju, ali mora biti zaštićen od transportnih rizika.
Vaš proizvod mora imati račun ili dokaz o kupovini i ispunjen formular sa dna strane koji je priložen sa povratnim paketom ili je poslat na kiwamode@gmail.com
Povraćaj novca
Nakon što primimo Vaš proizvod, pregledaćemo ga i obavestićemo Vas da smo primili vaš vraćeni proizvod. Odmah ćemo vas obavestiti o statusu vašeg povraćaja novca nakon pregleda proizvoda.
Ako je vaš povraćaj odobren, pokrenućemo povraćaj novca kroz Vaš originalni način plaćanja. Dobićete povraćaj u većini slučajeva odmah nakon našeg odobrenja a nekad može i da potraje par radnih dana, u zavisnosti od politike vaše banke ili izdavača kartice.
Ako vaš povraćaj nije odobren, navešćemo razlog zbog čega odbijamo povrat i poslaćemo Vam proizvod nazad s tim što troškove slanja snosi kupac.
Dostava radi refundacije
Troškovi dostave se refundiraju ali samo jednom. Ukoliko budemo morali da vratimo proizvod Vama jer ne prihvatamo povrat, tu poštarinu će snositi kupac.
